Note from Nicole ~ Today is a Good Day

I don't know who needs to hear this, but today is a good day. Yes, even for you!

💙You're alive.

💙You have people who love you.

💙You have so much going for you.

💙It is socially acceptable to wear yoga pants or pajamas during the day these days.

💙You are beautiful.

💙Your friends adore you.

💙There are many things in your life right now that once upon a time you only dreamt you’d have.

💙If you aren't living your dreams just yet, you are one day closer to living your dream after today.

💙There will be reasons to smile and laugh today.

💙You can go an extra day or two without washing your hair and no one will notice.

All of that up there? That applies to each and every one of us whether you believe it or not. Your challenge is to make yourself believe it. And even if, despite everything I listed above, today sucks for you... there is always tomorrow.

Live your best life, mamas. Kiss your kids, shower strangers with kindness, and then take a hot bubble bath with the book you've been meaning to start reading. I'll see you out there!
